Is your Apple Xserve Server going down at random with a "cause code" of -122 from the PMU?
I had done a little digging after one of our servers kept going down without any reason and no warning.
To make a long story short - check to see if you have a UPS (APC or otherwise) plugged into the Server - either USB or Serial (most likely USB) - unplug that and see if it helps.
For some reason - from what I read, the UPS sends out incorrect information about its runtime - or the server cant' think it can run in that allotted time so it just shuts off. Not a shutdown, a "pulled the power plug" kinda off.
